Scope of service

Fondara provides EU funding consultancy and directly grants approved funding to eligible clients. The entire process is managed in-platform.

Client obligations

• Provide accurate and complete documents.
• Pay the agreed fee.
• Use funds received for the approved purpose.

Fondara obligations

• Professional guidance at every stage.
• Review and approval of your file.
• Transfer of the approved grant to your registered bank account.
• Data confidentiality.

Fees

Fees are set per project and communicated before payment.

Liability limits

Fondara does not guarantee funding approval. Approval decisions are made by Fondara based on program criteria.

Dispute resolution

Romanian law. Courts in Fondara's registered municipality.
